Proclinical are recruiting for a National Account Manager to join a pharmaceutical company within the Vaccines space. This role is on a permanent basis and can be remote based across North Germany.

Responsibilities:

· Develop long-term business partnerships with National Accounts, enhancing their profile and increasing market share with i.e. occupational health customers, wholesalers, purchasing groups and tenders.

· Mapping and prioritisation of key accounts and developing a sales strategy and tactics.

· Lead negotiations with key accounts and customers, ensuring optimal customer contact and support.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and implement tactics plans.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in driving results and developing business in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.

· Strong ability to identify key market trends and capture relevant market information.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build long-term business partnerships.
