Proclinical are recruiting a MES Systems Engineer for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Basel.

Responsibilities:

Assume accountability for qualification and validation tasks of MES rendering to the GMP needs.
Plan and implement an international rollout method across various locations.
Work alongside users, project manager, and external integrators to outline the needs and guarantee their execution.
Recognise and leverage prospects for improvement.
Aid production, technology, troubleshooting, resolving issues and change management.
Constantly develop the system and produce a roadmap for MES development.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in an engineering field, specialising in chemical engineering, automation or electrical engineering.
Familiarity working with MES systems, specifically PAS-X from Körber.
Know-how of hosting, networking and cyber-security.
Various years of work experience in IT, MSAT, automation or similar disciplines.
Comprehension of interface technologies and interfaces.
Acquaintance with project management within a chemical-pharmaceutical organisation, adhering to suitable GMP regulations.
Prior involvement with PCS7, Simatic S7, TIA, and WINCC.
Keen to work with the ability to think innovatively.
An organised individual.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in both the English and German languages.
