Proclinical is looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join my client's team. If you are passionate about working with modern technologies and innovative solutions, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring our software, installing hardware, and providing support to our customers. A willingness to travel and excellent communication skills are highly valued, as you will be working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Creating control systems by configuring the in-house, web-based MES software and assume responsibility for deadlines and costs.
Responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware and software in customer projects.
Optimizing the installation processes with shell scripts.
Supporting the commissioning of control systems at home and abroad and you offer remote support for customers.
Supporting the quotation team with automation questions.
Creating and maintaining documentation and the wiki.

Technical Skillsets:

Knowledge of C#, vb.net, Angular, Azure, GIT, SQLServer, Windows. Further knowledge of web programming such as Typescript.
Knowledge of network technology (routing, switching, VLAN, WLAN).
Solid IT and CSOT knowledge.
You have experience in industrial process automation.
Customer and solution-oriented with good communication skills (oral and written) in English and German. Other languages are an advantage.
