Medical Software Tester (Test Automation)

Proclinical are recruiting a Medical Software Tester (Test Automation) for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of test ideas and execution of constant integration.
• You will develop processes within the area of test automation.
• Assist with the verification teams in upholding and implementing automated integration and regression tests.
• Author clear and detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• The ideal candidate will train and mentor testers, focusing on test automation.
• Responsible for further developing the test infrastructure such as tooling, CI/CD, reporting.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in computer science, engineering or similar discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience within the field of test automation and within an agile setting.
• Familiarity with at least 1 of the following tools: Selenium, WinAppDriver, MS UI Automation Framework, Appium, Coded UI, Tricentis Tosca, etc.
• Expertise of at least 1 object-focused programming language, ideally programming language C#.
• Know-how of Microsoft tool stack such as team foundation, azure, etc.
• Knowledge on DevOps, such as pipeline setup and agent pools.
• Fluency in both the German and English language.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
