Are you looking for your next role in an international strategy consultancy as a Manager Market Access? Do you have the passion for ensuring that as many eligible patients as possible are treated with innovative medicines and medical technology products?

Proclinical is seeking a Manager for Market Access to oversee and manage multiple projects, teams, and client relationships. You will actively contribute to business development, drive innovation, and ensure the quality and profitability of project work while meeting client development targets. In addition, you will assume responsibility for internal product and service areas. As a link between the team and executive management, you will represent the organization externally and foster sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects as product owner and/or strategic advisor, ensuring delivery excellence across quality, scope, and profitability.
  • Drive strategic problem-solving across teams and integrate insights into project frameworks.
  • Ensure budget compliance, resource allocation, and timeline management across workstreams.
  • Represent the organization externally through thought leadership, client pitches, and conferences.
  • Drive agile, cross-functional transformation and define agile workstreams.
  • Design and implement business development strategies.
  • Manage and coach delivery teams, ensuring performance and wellbeing.
  • Shape organizational strategy and contribute to firm-wide transformation.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, health economics, or business.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Proven years of working experience in market access within the German and European pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably with additional consulting experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the German (AMNOG) and European market access processes.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in strategic client leadership, business development, and agile working methods.
  • Ability to present complex topics clearly and effectively.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and client-focused working style with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Solution-oriented team player with enthusiasm for complex subject matter and strong professional, methodological, and interpersonal competencies.
  • Occasional availability to travel.
