Proclinical is seeking an Associate Director for EU Market Access & Tender Management. In this role, you will focus on implementing local market access strategies, conducting price and market analysis, and supporting demand planning across EU markets. This position plays a critical role in ensuring business continuity and optimizing product launch timing while driving growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct price analyses to guide tender offerings and forecast price trends.
- Design and implement effective market access strategies.
- Ensure timely application and updates of list prices in response to reference pricing or mandatory adjustments.
- Assist with reimbursement applications across EU markets.
- Proactively communicate tender openings to facilitate timely action planning.
- Develop and maintain forecasting tools, updating models with the latest data.
- Create and assess forecasting scenarios, comparing tender forecasts with population-based forecasts.
- Deliver accurate demand plans to HQ Supply Chain Management (SCM) to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Provide target proposals based on demand and long-term tender outlooks.
- Collect qualitative insights from country managers to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Establish and maintain a library of tender-related documentation for each EU country.
- Develop predictive models for pricing trends using market intelligence.
- Support the renewal of current tenders and contracts.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Background in analytical, commercial, market research, forecasting, and intelligence gathering within multinational biopharma companies.
- Experience in the biosimilar field is a plus.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, commercial, pharmaceutical, or a related field preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Flexible, adaptable, and culturally aware.
- Customer-service oriented and process-driven with respect for policies.
