Proclinical is seeking a manufacturing Associate for a contract position

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all processes in production, strictly adhering to cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and other relevant regulations. This role involves hands-on execution of all activities in the production area, including visual inspection of vials, operation of equipment, and completion of relevant paperwork.

Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions.
• Good verbal/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a controlled environment wearing special garments and personal protective equipment.
• Personal attributes: integrity and trust, work ethic, sound judgment, intellectual honesty, pragmatism, courage and conviction.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
• Uncompromising dedication to quality.
• Relentless focus on rapid and disciplined action.
• Respect for individuals and the diverse contributions of all.
• High school diploma with 0-2 years work experience.

The Manufacturing Associate responsibilities will be:

• Adhere to gowning and degowning procedures for the Packaging area.
• Conduct visual inspection of empty vials for glass and washout defects.
• Operate pallet jack and shrink wrap.
• Clean equipment and conveyors manually.
• Load/Unload materials to conveyors.
• Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
