Proclinical is Seeking a highly motivated Manager/Senior Manager of Sales Administration to help build and support several cross-functional and business critical capabilities including Sales Enablement (CRM and Field Reporting Platform/Technology) Sales Administration (Field Support, Roster management and Vehicle Reimbursement Program) and Sales Planning (Sales Incentive Compensation, Targeting, Alignments and Call Planning).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the field to understand business requirements and translate business needs to functional CRM requirements
  • Work closely with the field in the development, communication, and training of Veeva / CRM changes and/or enhancements
  • Create and lead the CRM Task Force and gather requirements to continuously improve the CRM platform and user experience
  • CRM-MDM match/merge process
  • Processing and validating CRM data change requests and escalating through to resolution
  • Creation and maintenance of onboarding and support documentation such as System/Platform FAQs, New Hire checklist (equipment and apps), contact lists, etc.
  • Administration of the Field Vehicle Reimbursement Program
  • Manage field ad hoc inquiries and requests; triage, prioritize and delegate requests appropriately, escalating through resolution within SLAs
  • Roster Maintenance and distribution
  • Oversight of HRIS feeds to appropriate internal and external partners
  • Operational Process and Systems Training for appropriate workstreams

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Masters or MBA preferred
  • 3+ years' experience of working in or partnering with Sales, Sales Operations or Sales Support function within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with sales support functions such as CRM, Sales Reporting, Vehicle Reimbursement Program, Incentive Compensation and Targeting and Alignments.
  • Excellent business/commercial acumen and demonstrated self-starter
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute in a timely manner while proactively anticipating potential roadblocks
  • Personal leadership and accountability with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
