Maintenance Technician

Proclinical is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will ensure the reliable supply of products globally. This role involves working in a 24/5 shift pattern and the focus will be on maintaining equipment to meet production standards while adhering to quality and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks on process and facilities equipment to ensure production output meets quality and safety standards.
• Input data into the Maintenance PM System and operate these systems effectively.
• Generate and manage new equipment asset registrations.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs for new equipment.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors to define maintenance schedules and manage spare parts.
• Support equipment FAT, SAT, and qualifications.
• Train others on equipment, maintenance tasks, setup procedures, and safety awareness.
• Operate and maintain equipment to achieve production goals.
• Complete duties according to SOPs and adhere to cGMP and PPE requirements.
• Conduct maintenance duties safely and report any safety concerns.
• Support and back up facilities and manufacturing maintenance teams as needed.
• Communicate equipment issues, PMs, and repairs accurately, including reporting serious downtime.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Past working experience in a Maintenance Technician position.
• A history within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Junior & Senior trades certificate or equivalent relevant third-level qualification is necessary.
