Proclinical is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will ensure the reliable supply of products globally. This role involves working in a 24/5 shift pattern and the focus will be on maintaining equipment to meet production standards while adhering to quality and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks on process and facilities equipment to ensure production output meets quality and safety standards.
- Input data into the Maintenance PM System and operate these systems effectively.
- Generate and manage new equipment asset registrations.
- Develop preventative maintenance programs for new equipment.
- Coordinate with equipment vendors to define maintenance schedules and manage spare parts.
- Support equipment FAT, SAT, and qualifications.
- Train others on equipment, maintenance tasks, setup procedures, and safety awareness.
- Operate and maintain equipment to achieve production goals.
- Complete duties according to SOPs and adhere to cGMP and PPE requirements.
- Conduct maintenance duties safely and report any safety concerns.
- Support and back up facilities and manufacturing maintenance teams as needed.
- Communicate equipment issues, PMs, and repairs accurately, including reporting serious downtime.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Past working experience in a Maintenance Technician position.
- A history within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Junior & Senior trades certificate or equivalent relevant third-level qualification is necessary.
