Proclinical is seeking a Logistics Associate for a 6-month contract to support logistics operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include package delivery, inventory management, and facility requests. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility to work extra hours when required.
- Team player with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to operate a forklift and power jack.
- Familiarity with UPS and FedEx systems.
The Logistics Associate's responsibilities will be:
- Deliver packages to end-users and ensure timely distribution.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently.
- Provide support for facility-related requests from end-users.
- Scan incoming packages into the daily tracking log.
- Collect confidential materials for shredding and ensure proper handling.
- Scan packing slips into the Onbase application for tracking purposes.
- Maintain coffee machines, water coolers, and kitchen supplies.
- Handle returns from end-users, including pickup and shipping.
- Assist the Logistics Manager with additional duties as needed.
- Enter orders and match arrivals in the Oracle database.
- Notify the Environmental Health and Safety department of incoming radioactive materials.
