Proclinical is seeking a LIMS/SAP Systems Support Specialist to join the quality unit support team. This role will provide operational support, coordinate system projects and changes, and ensure GMP compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, including Quality Control, Logistics, Quality Assurance, IT, and Operations Technology.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support and troubleshooting for LIMS software users.
- Implement and communicate system changes effectively.
- Validate new functions and applications, creating necessary documentation like functional specifications and test scripts.
- Drive the development and deployment of the new LIMS system.
- Support LIMS-related documentation and corrective actions.
- Monitor and manage the lifecycle of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist during external audits and inspections.
- Maintain local master data, such as groups, components, and units.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Background in life sciences or computer science, with strong computer skills.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment and quality control.
- Proficiency with pharmaceutical/laboratory software such as Documentum, LIMS, SAP, and TrackWise.
- Familiarity with common software applications like MS Office and a keen interest in computer-based systems.
- Knowledge of computerized system validation (CSV) is beneficial.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
