An amazing opportunity has arisen for an IT Specialist, to join a global biotechnology company located in South Amsterdam. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for responding in a quality and time efficient manner to EMEA end users regarding Windows and Network issues.
- Interacts with EMEA and local Masimo end users in fixing their Windows and Network issues.
- Executes on daily IT administrative tasks, including installing, configuring, upgrading laptops, printers, cell phone (Android & iOS) and fixing issues.
- Conducts thorough problem analysis in regard to technical system troubleshooting, and proposes viable solutions and alternatives.
- Monitors and collaborates internally to help resolve HelpDesk tickets in a timely basis.
- Update and manage IT inventory
Skills and Requirements
- Windows 10 deployment knowledge, familiar with Windows 8 and 8.1
- Active Directory and GPO knowledge
- VMware, Remote desktop and VPN knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office, preferably version 2013
- Fluent in Dutch and English
