An amazing opportunity has arisen for an IT Specialist, to join a global biotechnology company located in South Amsterdam. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for responding in a quality and time efficient manner to EMEA end users regarding Windows and Network issues.

Job Responsibilities

Interacts with EMEA and local Masimo end users in fixing their Windows and Network issues.
Executes on daily IT administrative tasks, including installing, configuring, upgrading laptops, printers, cell phone (Android & iOS) and fixing issues.
Conducts thorough problem analysis in regard to technical system troubleshooting, and proposes viable solutions and alternatives.
Monitors and collaborates internally to help resolve HelpDesk tickets in a timely basis.
Update and manage IT inventory

Skills and Requirements

Windows 10 deployment knowledge, familiar with Windows 8 and 8.1
Active Directory and GPO knowledge
VMware, Remote desktop and VPN knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office, preferably version 2013
Fluent in Dutch and English
