IT Specialist

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an IT Specialist, to join a global biotechnology company located in South Amsterdam. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for responding in a quality and time efficient manner to EMEA end users regarding Windows and Network issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Interacts with EMEA and local Masimo end users in fixing their Windows and Network issues.
• Executes on daily IT administrative tasks, including installing, configuring, upgrading laptops, printers, cell phone (Android & iOS) and fixing issues.
• Conducts thorough problem analysis in regard to technical system troubleshooting, and proposes viable solutions and alternatives.
• Monitors and collaborates internally to help resolve HelpDesk tickets in a timely basis.
• Update and manage IT inventory

Skills and Requirements

• Windows 10 deployment knowledge, familiar with Windows 8 and 8.1
• Active Directory and GPO knowledge
• VMware, Remote desktop and VPN knowledge
• Knowledge of MS Office, preferably version 2013
• Fluent in Dutch and English
