Proclinical is working closely with a global pharmaceutical seeking a dedicated IT Solution Architect. This role involves supporting the productive operation of Information Technology services in supply chain operations, optimizing and developing processes, services, and interfaces. The successful candidate will act as an in-house consultant and service manager, ensuring the smooth running of our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing requirements, developing optimization options, and creating solution concepts for supply chain operations.
Implement new services in areas such as warehousing, shipping, production, technology, and maintenance.
Adjust existing services and coordinate with external service providers.
Manage medium to large projects.
Support departments in test preparation and execution.
Handle 2nd level support and service request management, including coordination with external service providers.
Monitor processes and interfaces.
Participate in the evaluation, execution, and implementation of change control processes.
Prepare necessary documentation in a regulated (GxP) environment.

Key Skills and Requirements

Degree in business informatics or a comparable field.
Proficiency in German and English.
Good knowledge of ITIL.
Experience in implementing and operating IT services, ideally with experience in managing external service providers.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations processes and procedures in a regulated environment (GxP).
Knowledge in SAP Logistics or Manufacturing is a plus.
Strong communication skills and team spirit.
Independent and results-oriented work approach.
Analytical and structured thinking.
Enjoyment of complex tasks with a high degree of customer and service orientation.
