Proclinical are recruiting for an IT Service Desk Employee (f/m/d) to join a consultancy. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zurich.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate on a first level assistance as well as aid both internal and external customers with their concerns and disturbances.
  • Responsible for preliminary analysis, receipt and resolution of fault reports and questions in German, French, Italian and English.
  • Notify users about the suitable use of the technical and application resources offered.
  • Assist and serve as a representative for the team in projects and additional tasks.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Eligible to Swiss/EU citizens or those with current Swiss permits.
  • Passionate about conversing with customers over the phone and electronically.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to take the initiative.
  • Works well independently with the ability to resolve issues.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience with application assistance.
  • Linguistic abilities.
