As the IT Process Manager for Order-to-Cash (OTC), you will:

• Lead the orchestration and implementation of worldwide harmonized processes on SAP and other systems.
• Define and implement new or enhanced system functionalities.
• Provide 3rd level support within our global SAP service delivery organization.
• Document and train system functionalities and processes.
• Potentially take on the role of (Sub) IT Project Manager for projects in Sales & Distribution and Lead-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, including intercompany processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate global projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel worldwide as required.
