Proclinical is seeking a dedicated IT Network Engineer with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, administering, maintaining, and developing our IT network and telephony infrastructure. This role also involves active participation in IT projects and proactive development of future-proof communications infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Plan, administer, maintain, and further develop IT network and telephony infrastructure.
Provide professional incident & problem management (1st / 2nd level support).
Maintain network documentation within the framework of projects, IT system, and network adjustments.
Actively participate in IT projects and topics, and proactively develop future-proof communications infrastructure.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree or training in the IT field.
Proficiency in network administration, preferably in complex Cisco environments.
Good knowledge of LAN (802.1x) / WAN / MPLS / VPN as well as IT security at network and telephony level.
Ability to structure and process complex projects in work packages and systematically document the results.
Independent, goal-oriented work style with a strong solution-orientation.
Good written and spoken German skills.
