IT Business Analyst Quality & EHS

Proclinical is seeking an IT Business Analyst Quality & EHS to join the Quality & EHS IT team. This role will work on projects to enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) for AI integration and manage a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for sustainability solutions. The successful candidate will be required to oversee the integration and implementation of selected systems to meet sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive digital transformation and create technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Connect and EHSPhere systems.
• Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, vendor management, and change management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to users, collaborating closely with Quality & EHS stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with IT partners and technology vendors, overseeing contract management and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Take ownership of the technical and functional architecture of the platforms, managing the lifecycle to maintain a state-of-the-art system.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within a Quality environment.
• Experience with QMS systems and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in IT system administration, service delivery, and release management.
• Familiarity with GxP processes and procedures.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively with external partners.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
