Proclinical is seeking an IT Business Analyst Quality & EHS to join the Quality & EHS IT team. This role will work on projects to enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) for AI integration and manage a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for sustainability solutions. The successful candidate will be required to oversee the integration and implementation of selected systems to meet sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

Drive digital transformation and create technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Connect and EHSPhere systems.
Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, vendor management, and change management.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Provide technical support and training to users, collaborating closely with Quality & EHS stakeholders.
Manage relationships with IT partners and technology vendors, overseeing contract management and service level agreements (SLAs).
Take ownership of the technical and functional architecture of the platforms, managing the lifecycle to maintain a state-of-the-art system.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within a Quality environment.
Experience with QMS systems and project management.
Demonstrated experience in IT system administration, service delivery, and release management.
Familiarity with GxP processes and procedures.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively with external partners.
Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
