Proclinical is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Cyber Security team, focusing on Operational Technology (OT) Resiliency. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our cybersecurity measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular risk assessments for OT environments, identifying vulnerabilities and potential threats.
Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with organizational policies.
Collaborate with OT teams to design and maintain security controls specific to OT systems.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and internal policies through regular audits.
Facilitate collaboration between IT security and OT personnel for effective incident response.
Lead medium complexity projects across departments and the manufacturing network.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
Experience in a manufacturing site, preferably in a GxP environment.
Strong knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Proficiency in simplifying regulatory and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with control frameworks such as ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST, or IEC-62443.
Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems).
Technical or risk management certification (e.g., CCNA or CISM) is a bonus.
