Information Security Officer

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Cyber Security team, focusing on Operational Technology (OT) Resiliency. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our cybersecurity measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular risk assessments for OT environments, identifying vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with OT teams to design and maintain security controls specific to OT systems.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and internal policies through regular audits.
• Facilitate collaboration between IT security and OT personnel for effective incident response.
• Lead medium complexity projects across departments and the manufacturing network.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
• Experience in a manufacturing site, preferably in a GxP environment.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
• Proficiency in simplifying regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with control frameworks such as ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST, or IEC-62443.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems).
• Technical or risk management certification (e.g., CCNA or CISM) is a bonus.
