ICT Service Manager

Proclinical is seeking an ICT Service Manager to oversee and measure the service quality between ICT and business units. This role involves maintaining service quality through suitable metrics and managing the service tree. The successful candidate must be a committed and dynamic individual who is eager to develop and learn continuously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage service level and supplier management processes within the framework of OLA and SLA.
• Organize supplier review meetings.
• Maintain and update the service tree in Serviceware Processes.
• Develop Software Asset & Configuration Management.
• Ensure IT service management processes, OLAs, and third-party contracts meet service level objectives.
• Monitor and report service levels, measure service quality, and initiate improvement measures.
• Maintain the service portfolio and catalogue.
• Support the definition of key figures for measuring service quality and identifying improvement measures.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Higher education in business informatics or a related field.
• Experience in ICT service management.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with stakeholders, senior executives, and technical experts.
• Team player with the ability to manage tasks in a structured and independent manner.
• Proficiency in German and advanced English skills; additional languages are a plus.
