Proclinical is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner team.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a key part in managing core employee lifecycle activities, supporting HR processes, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with the HR team and other stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in an HR coordinator, HR generalist, or HR operations role.
  • Solid understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and performance cycles.
  • Familiarity with US employment practices and basic HR compliance concepts.
  • Proficiency in using Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

The Human Resources Generalist's responsibilities will be:

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the HRBP team.
  • Manage core employee lifecycle activities, including organizational changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring timely coordination and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to execute HR processes, initiatives, and routine business needs efficiently and consistently.
  • Coordinate HR communications, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions for key people processes and team initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and data management by compiling HR metrics, generating standard reports, and validating data accuracy.

Compensation:

  • $25 to $30 per hour.
