Proclinical is seeking an HR Specialist to join our client's team in Zurich. This role focuses on supporting HR operations and projects within a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and is comfortable working in a global setting.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team of three HR members to support various HR functions.
Contribute to HR projects, particularly in implementation and workflow documentation.
Utilize Excel and SharePoint for data management and documentation tasks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
Strong skills in Excel and SharePoint.
Experience in a global or international HR environment is beneficial.
