Proclinical is seeking a hybrid HR Associate II for a cutting-edge biotech company located in Cambridge, MA.

Must be eligible to work in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Manager, HR Services with both the technical and functional support of the HR Helpdesk
Provide high quality and timely support for internal customers on HR inquiries including, but not limited to, benefits, programs, polices, systems, HR data and transactions, and training
Assists with special projects including the development of a HR Information Repository, HR Helpdesk Automation, Process Improvement initiatives including the automation of administrative tasks, and support of annual programs including Goal Setting, Performance Management, and Compensation Planning
Support and coordinate annual programs such as the US Open Enrollment and Global Wellness Week
Assist with recurring and ad hoc standard reports for HR and other business groups
Maintain employee files and complete audit projects as necessary
Assist with the maintenance of the Company's HR Intranet Site
Assist with companies Global Mobility and Immigration work

Skills and Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience within HR
Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to work with data and use basic formulas)
Detailed oriented, with a drive for process improvement
Some experience with performing analysis
Comfortable with navigation of systems and can "self-teach"
Can work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy
