Head of IT Operations (Remote)

Proclinical is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Head of IT Operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations of cloud infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support cloud infrastructures, networks, and enterprise applications.
• Maintain systems, applications, security, and network/device configurations.
• Troubleshoot network and device issues and recommend upgrades and new applications.
• Build and mentor a technical support team while establishing IT standards and guidelines.
• Design infrastructure solutions for various platforms and technologies.
• Manage core IT solutions and administer cloud services, operating systems, mobile devices, and network services.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and repair system failures.
• Write and maintain SOPs and documentation for systems.

Requirements

• EU Passport
• Leadership experience in IT Operations.
• Extensive experience in systems administration.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Relevant technical certifications or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Knowledge of various regulations.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Six Sigma Tools, and ITIL practices.
• Experience with global companies or startups is a plus.
• Experience in the auto manufacturing or engineering industries is a plus.
