Proclinical is currently supporting a global pharmaceutical company based in Springe, Germany, who are looking for an IT Service Desk Support Specialist to join their IT team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for prioritisation and arrangement of tickets, as well as user assistance within the software and hardware areas.
  • You will be accountable for system & network execution.
  • Assist with supplier selection and serve as the main point of contact for IT suppliers.
  • Provide administrative assistance of systems and networks.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Accomplished relevant training such as a system administrator, IT specialist, etc.
  • Prior involvement in a similar role.
  • Expertise on the areas of ticket systems and peripheral management.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Works well both in a team as well as independently.
  • Goal focused individual.
  • Fluency in German with knowledge in English.
