Proclinical is currently supporting a global pharmaceutical company based in Springe, Germany, who are looking for an IT Service Desk Support Specialist to join their IT team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for prioritisation and arrangement of tickets, as well as user assistance within the software and hardware areas.
You will be accountable for system & network execution.
Assist with supplier selection and serve as the main point of contact for IT suppliers.
Provide administrative assistance of systems and networks.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Accomplished relevant training such as a system administrator, IT specialist, etc.
Prior involvement in a similar role.
Expertise on the areas of ticket systems and peripheral management.
Computer literacy.
Works well both in a team as well as independently.
Goal focused individual.
Fluency in German with knowledge in English.
