Frontend Developer (React.js)

Proclinical are recruiting a Frontend Developer (React.js) for a biotech corporation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt. The client is focused on translating science into our survival by developing new immunotherapies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and facilitate agile software development teams in producing user interfaces.
• Collaborate with others on the notion and development of UI software libraries and standards for web-, cloud-, and desktop applications.
• You will design, execute and integrate user interface in concrete software development projects.
• Contribute to, as well as promote, an international standardisation of UI elements.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a computer science, computer engineering, or similar field.
• Various years of experience in front-end or UI development with system languages, for example: C# or rust with WebAssembly and egui.
• Know-how of JavaScript and JavaScript Frameworks for example: React, Vue.js, etc.
• Expertise on professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle which involves coding standards, code evaluations, source control management, build procedures, testing and CI/CD.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Works well with others under minimal supervision.
