Formulation Scientist

Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Formulation Scientist for a biotechnology company located in Cambridge, MA. Successful candidate must be an enthusiastic and motivated individual that is eager to embrace new challenges and has an open mind to bring creative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Committed to deliver oligonucleotide drug formulations for various CNS related diseases.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across the company and learn various aspects of drug development.
• Design new nanoparticle formulations, research and identify new compounds for successful delivery to the CNS.
• Characterize and evaluate the physical properties and therapeutic effects of the formulations using in-house in vitro and in vivo assays, work with chemical synthesis, purification and analytical groups, present scientific data to technical team, and write study protocols and project reports.
