Financial Analyst - Contract - Boston, MA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on supporting the integration of transactions into current and future financial models, participating in cross-functional meetings, and working with IT business partners to enhance financial systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for data analysis from a legal entity profitability perspective.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or another related field.
Experience in planning and analysis, accounting or a similar corporate finance analysis role.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint modeling skills.
Familiarity with the design and functionality of financial accounting, planning, and reporting systems.

The Financial Analyst's responsibilities will be:

Support the integration of one-time transactions into current and future financial models, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
Attend and actively participate in cross-functional meetings with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Accounting to stay updated on events impacting financial models.
Collaborate with IT business partners to improve accuracy, consistency, and standardization in existing financial systems.
Extract and analyze data from financial systems, including actuals and forecast, to understand run rates and trends.
