External Manufacturing Production Manager

An internationally known biotechnology company has an opening for an External Manufacturing Production Manager at their Swiss office. The company has a strong reputation for developing innovative therapies for neurological diseases and employs approximately 7,000 people worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports the Global Manufacturing Operations external manufacturing team in the management of CMOs responsible for the production of intermediates and finished goods.
• Primarily supports and executes change controls for the finished goods and drug substance for the relevant CMO.
• Tasks also include weekly follow up meetings with the CMO in the area of change controls, attending virtual plant meetings and aligning on priorities in the area of change controls.

Skills and Requirements:

• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
