Proclinical has partnered with a large biotech organisation in search for a talented and experienced EU Access Solutions Lead. In this role you will be expected to oversee the global market access strategy for assets in the EU. This is home based role from anywhere in Europe.

Job Responsibilities

  • Defining the market based around patient needs, validating new drivers to shape and grow the brand lifecycle strategy and deliver long-term objectives
  • Aligning the Immunology Market Access Strategy, ensuring strategic alignment between global and local Market Access teams
  • Developing global value material such as Payer Value Propositions, Global Value Dossiers (GVD), Economic models in line with market access and the wider medical and commercial strategy
  • Providing support to local teams and engaging cross functionally with a platform of Payer Value solutions that can be adapted at national, sub-nation or local account level
  • Acting as a key point of contact within Immunology and Strategic Operations, representing EU Access
  • Fostering excellence in launch execution ensuring critical tools and support are in place for a successful launch including; Value communication toolkits, Access Strategy related trainings, Negotiation Strategy Playbook, Operational plans and the implementation of Access Strategies across the company
  • Enhance the EU Brand Planning (Patient Value Brand Plan) working synergistically with the Strategic Operations team
  • Providing support to local teams in building new competencies (HEOR) and coaching around negotiation skills

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven track record within a Market Access within a Pharmaceutical company at a European level
  • Strong understanding of European healthcare systems and payer archetypes (factors driving access in the different countries); with deep knowledge of the EU5 / EU Health-Ecosystem
  • Proven expertise to translate strategy into actionable tactics in the EU 5 Health care Ecosystems
  • Excellence in value communication (Scientific and/or payer communication)
  • Experience within Health Policy, Health economics, Pricing and Reimbursement is advantageous
  • Strong analytical capabilities of understanding and strategizing clinical data, biostatistics and interpreting clinical outcomes
  • Strong influencing, networking and transversal collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
