Proclinical are partnering with a biotech organisation who are recruiting an individual to join their team. This role is on a permanent basis. The opening position currently available is for an ERP Business Process Specialist: Logistics.

Responsibilities:

Analyse requirements of the divisions, prepare needs and arrange with the execution partner throughout execution.
Responsible for generating ideas and procedures for operating the system.
Produce and review technical solutions for their sustainability.
You will assist within validation, project management and assistance of the ERP system used.
The ideal candidate will administer ERP system GUS as well as second level assistance for the application and its interfaces.
Assist, adapt, and optimise the ERP system used as well as interface function between IT and the process managers within the company.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a business field or vocational training focusing on project and application management.
Demonstrable experience administering ERP systems, and process comprehension and familiarity within the supply chain area.
Familiarity with qualifications and validation within a pharmaceutical regulated setting would be beneficial for the role.
A wide knowledge and comprehension of business procedures within a manufacturing organisation.
Analytical abilities with the ability to work well with others.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in both German and English.
