Distribution Speicialist

Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Distribution Specialist with a global pharmaceutical company located in El Segundo, CA. Successful candidate will perform basic administrative and/or physical tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic administrative and/or physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products/inventory, following detailed instructions and with guidance as needed from supervisor.
• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods.
• Build, prepare and stage outbound deliveries of orders for external customers.
• Adhere consistently to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Escalate deviations in process or product to supervisor, to ensure on-time delivery of material and return of rejected or unsuitable orders.
