Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Distribution Specialist with a global pharmaceutical company located in El Segundo, CA. Successful candidate will perform basic administrative and/or physical tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform basic administrative and/or physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products/inventory, following detailed instructions and with guidance as needed from supervisor.
Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods.
Build, prepare and stage outbound deliveries of orders for external customers.
Adhere consistently to SOPs and cGMPs.
Escalate deviations in process or product to supervisor, to ensure on-time delivery of material and return of rejected or unsuitable orders.
