Director of Distribution & Country Quality EMEA

Proclinical are partnering with a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in the Netherlands. The opening position currently available is for a Director of Distribution & Country Quality EMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and drive quality operations for EMEA distribution operations as well as quality oversight of NL-based EMEA functions.
• You will develop and execute solid, effective, ground-breaking governance, procedures, systems, and tools across the EMEA distribution network.
• Handle operational quality matters, risks and prospects, which involves quality evaluations.
• Guarantee efficient mediation with EMEA Quality, Global Quality, or any other Product Supply / Commercial Operations entities.
• Serve as a representative for EMEA Quality in international projects as well as contribute to EMEA Quality leadership team.
• Responsible for guiding, arranging, developing and training the team, fostering the gith behaviours and mindset.
• The ideal candidate will handle the assigned budget.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in a pharmacy, chemistry, biology or life science field.
• Demonstrable experience in quality within a pharma organisation operating internationally.
• Familiarity within a multi-site or regional corporate quality role focusing distribution and country quality.
• Expertise and comprehension of any suitable GxP and medical device-linked needs and regulations.
• Prior involvement within handling regulatory inspections and engaging with authorities.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Valid driver's license across various geographies.
• An organised individual with the ability to think analytically.
• Capable of working well while under pressure and manage various priorities simultaneously.
