Proclinical are partnering with a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in the Netherlands. The opening position currently available is for a Director of Distribution & Country Quality EMEA.

Please ensure that you are eligible for working in the location without any sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:

Guide and drive quality operations for EMEA distribution operations as well as quality oversight of NL-based EMEA functions.
You will develop and execute solid, effective, ground-breaking governance, procedures, systems, and tools across the EMEA distribution network.
Handle operational quality matters, risks and prospects, which involves quality evaluations.
Guarantee efficient mediation with EMEA Quality, Global Quality, or any other Product Supply / Commercial Operations entities.
Serve as a representative for EMEA Quality in international projects as well as contribute to EMEA Quality leadership team.
Responsible for guiding, arranging, developing and training the team, fostering the gith behaviours and mindset.
The ideal candidate will handle the assigned budget.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to an advanced degree level in a pharmacy, chemistry, biology or life science field.
Demonstrable experience in quality within a pharma organisation operating internationally.
Familiarity within a multi-site or regional corporate quality role focusing distribution and country quality.
Expertise and comprehension of any suitable GxP and medical device-linked needs and regulations.
Prior involvement within handling regulatory inspections and engaging with authorities.
Fluency in the English language.
Valid driver's license across various geographies.
An organised individual with the ability to think analytically.
Capable of working well while under pressure and manage various priorities simultaneously.
