Proclinical is seeking a remote Digital Content Specialist-Healthcare & Life Sciences for an innovative translational organization.

The role requires a combination of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of digital trends in the healthcare and life sciences industry. To maintain operational fluidity and to accommodate with our flexible working structure, candidates are required to own a personal computer that meets the company's technical specifications. This ensures that the Digital Content Specialist can work efficiently, access all necessary tools/software, and communicate effectively with the team from various locations.

Must be eligible to work in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

  • PowerPoint Editing & Enhancement: Improve and refine PowerPoint decks to ensure they effectively communicate complex scientific information in an engaging and clear manner. Ensure consistency in design, branding, and messaging.
  • Graphic Design: Create compelling and professional flat designs using Adobe Illustrator that align with our brand standards and industry norms. This includes infographics, charts, icons, and other graphic elements relevant to the healthcare and life sciences domain.
  • Animation (bonus): If equipped with skills, create and edit animations using After Effects to further enhance presentations and social media content.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with our content teams to ensure that both visual and textual elements are harmoniously integrated.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, especially in the healthcare and life sciences sectors to ensure our communications remain relevant and cutting edge.
  • Feedback Implementation: Efficiently incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare and life sciences industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and the entire Creative Cloud Suite is a plus
  • Ability to understand and translate complex scientific information into visually compelling designs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
