Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative DevOps/Platform Engineer. In this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure. This position will collaborate closely with the development teams to design, deploy and manage the software development platforms, ensuring operations are seamless, scalable and secure.

Responsibilities:

Create, implement, and oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.
Integrate and manage the Humanitec Platform Orchestrator to streamline application deployments across multiple environments.
Administer and optimize the on-premises and Azure Cloud environments, ensuring they meet all operational requirements and security standards.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
Develop automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of deployment and operational tasks.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes and service records, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field.
Past working history in platform engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
Strong expertise in using GitLab and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
Experience with the Humanitec Platform Orchestrator is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English and German.
Proficiency in managing both on-premises and Azure Cloud environments.
Strong scripting and automation skills.
