Data Analyst

Proclinical is seeking a Data Analyst to support data migration and analysis activities related to Quality Management System (QMS) documents. This role also involves assisting with the implementation and local deployment of the Veeva Vault system. The position is based in Visp, Switzerland, and requires on-site presence for most of the week.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data migration and analysis tasks for QMS documentation.
• Support the implementation and deployment of the Veeva Vault system.
• Ensure data quality and integrity during migration and analysis processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data-related activities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• 
  Educational background in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably within Quality Systems Documentation or Digital Quality.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault or similar electronic document management systems.
• Proven expertise in data migration, analysis, and maintaining data quality.
• Strong IT skills and ability to work with structured digital systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and business-level German.
• On-site presence required, typically 3-4 days per week at the Visp location.
