Proclinical are recruiting a CSM - Middle East for a consultancy. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Dubai.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise customer dashboards, recognise risks and take action when required to guarantee optimal customer experience and product usage.
  • Handle, structure, and develop cooperation with the current and new third-party agents in the ME region.
  • Cooperate and teamwork with any other customer success managers in the team for the region.
  • Form account plans for mapping out customer/account landscape and produce plans for driving, protecting ow enhancing value in accounts.
  • Generate and document user success stories and discuss these to buyers.
  • You will secure and develop the top 10 accounts of the ME region.
  • Responsible for the formed sales procedure to drive value and constantly utilising the CRM to document prospect interaction, guaranteeing effective lead management.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a scientific, business, communications or any other similar fields.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in sales such a lead generation, inside and outside sales, business development, customer service, etc.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM and prospect management systems, ideally salesforce.com.
  • Familiarity in structuring a sales location, regularly report progress and being force of submissions for breaking the differentiate from competition.
  • Acquaintance with reaching high level executive and produce sustainable and long term relationships.
  • Prior experience travelling to the Middle East for work-related tasks.
  • Former involvement and training in diagnostic/consultative selling.
  • Demonstrated ability in exceeding sales goals and location/account development.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work on various tasks simultaneously with the capacity to prioritise workload.
  • Capable of managing own time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with leveraging LinkedIn and any other prospecting tools.
  • Acquaintance in selling science connected solutions and/or information/intellectual property.
  • Able to articulate industry-specific value proposition to acknowledge customer pain points.
  • Familiarity in virtual selling tools, for example: GoToMeeting, Web-Ex and other comparable tools
  • Willing to travel for business needs.
