CRA (Site Optimization Specialist - SOS)

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Site Optimization Specialist - SOS, based in Chicago, IL. The remit of this role will include increasing awareness of clinical trials in the community by conducting outreach within designated catchment areas.

Responsibilities

• Understand the protocol relative to the patient population being recruited.
• Possess an understanding of all relevant therapeutic areas.
• Conduct market area research to assist in logistical preparation of outreach plan.
• Engage in discussion with key community stakeholders and local businesses of interest.
• Disseminate recruitment materials to locations outlined for outreach visits.
• Conduct on-site visits as needed.
• Ensure visit follow-up and all necessary documentation occurs within time allocated.
• Administrative correspondence with the site and Innovative Trials.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled training and face-to-face meetings where possible.

Skills And Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Clinical Research; 2 years in Community Outreach.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Possess certain physical abilities, including walking, lifting, and carrying.
• Possess a solid knowledge in the use of Skype.
