Contracts and Budget Specialist - Denmark

An international research organization is seeking to recruit a Contracts and Budget Specialist - Denmark. This Contract Research Organization (CRO) provides a broad range of product development and data solution services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies around the world. Based in Copenhagen, this position is an exciting opportunity to work with an award-winning and globally renowned CRO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring site CDAs are in place for all sites for assigned protocols.
• Preparation of per patient and site budgets.
• Sending draft contracts and budget to Site Finance Staff.
• Negotiating and agreeing final budget with sites.
• Managing contracts through to sign-off and uploading in TMF.
• Overseeing investigator payment processing during study conduct.
• Approving POs / Invoices for assigned studies in SAP; notifying finance of quarterly accruals for their studies.
• Maintaining clinical trial insurance at site level.

Skills and Requirements:

• An undergraduate, ideally in science or health-related field.
• Experience with managing processes related to clinical trial budgets, and contracts in the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.

• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
