Support seamless finance operations-join us as an Associate Accounts Technician and keep the numbers running smoothly.

Proclinical is seeking a Contract Associate Accounts Technician or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA professional to support the finance department in bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial analysis tasks. This role focuses on ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance while working remotely from London, UK.

Responsibilities:

Manage key month-end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable postings, and drafting sales invoices.
Gather and organize information for audit queries.
Assist with UK compliance tasks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

AAT qualified or part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent (desirable).
Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and accurately.
Extensive experience working with Xero accounting software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
