Construction Manager

Proclinical is seeking a Construction Manager to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role focuses on overseeing construction projects within the gastroenterology and contract manufacturing sectors. We are looking for someone who can start in December or January and is open to a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present project reports to management.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and German (B2 level minimum).
• Strong project management skills with a focus on construction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction.
