Compliance Specialist - Contract - Remote
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Compliance Specialist for a contract role.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting monitoring activities and supporting administrative components to ensure the effective implementation of our compliance program. This role will involve drafting monitoring reports, communicating findings, and implementing technology solutions to improve operational management. The Compliance Specialist will also contribute to a range of compliance-related projects and provide administrative support.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum BS/BA degree.
- Healthcare Compliance Program certification related to life sciences industry is a plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience supporting compliance with federal healthcare program requirements is a plus.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory landscape (Anti-Kickback Statute, PhRMA Code, False Claims Act, and OIG/DOJ Guidance).
- Strong organizational/project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis and dash boarding skills.
- Highly detail-oriented; strong administrative skill set.
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, demonstrate sound judgment.
The Compliance Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Conduct and coordinate day-to-day compliance monitoring.
- Develop and generate accurate monitoring results and findings.
- Determine root causes associated with findings and obtain management's action plan for remediation.
- Support maintenance of system for tracking outcomes and data associated with monitoring activities.
- Provide administrative oversight of the pharma compliance group email box.
- Support compliance management in scheduling and communicating new hire and company-wide live trainings.
- Provide administrative support in updating and maintaining Compliance intranet and app content.
- Support compliance management develop written documentation/work instructions.
- Perform other related administrative duties as required.
Compensation: USD 50 - 54 per hour
