Compliance QA Specialist

Proclinical is seeking a Compliance QA Specialist to join our client's team in Zurich, Switzerland. This role focuses on the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities related to trading entities within the cardiovascular pharmaceutical sector. The position requires fluency in German and the ability to work in a hybrid model, with some in-office presence required.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily QMS activities, including writing, reviewing, and approving SOPs.
• Implement and manage change controls, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Maintain accurate records as required by QMS elements.
• Support compliance activities to ensure efficient and compliant global trading.
• Ensure the quality management system is implemented and maintained.
• Manage authorized activities and ensure the accuracy and quality of records.
• Address customer complaints effectively.
• Approve suppliers and customers.
• Conduct self-inspections and implement corrective measures.
• Adhere to additional national law requirements for certain products.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Scientific degree with strong knowledge of global GDP regulations.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, and transportation.
• Ability to collaborate globally and cross functionally.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Decision making skills in GxP/pharmaceutical activities.
• Understanding of industry legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with diverse supply and distribution models.
