Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Clinical Trial Manager with a pharmaceutical company located in Wilmington, DE.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as a member of the Translational Sciences clinical study start team
Help review newly developed clinical study protocols and amendments
Help coordinate and manage the completion of the Clinical Laboratory Worksheet (CLW) and communicate information as required to other departments CROs (if appropriate)
ICF tracking to studies for use and storage of samples; take part in program meetings with central lab, clinical, operations and data management.
Serve as liaison between Translational Sciences and Data Management, including eCRF set-up, database build for sites and sample tracking/reconciliation.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.

Skills and Requirements:

BS/MS or equivalent experience in the Life Sciences or related discipline plus 5-8 years of relevant experience in a Clinical Laboratory / Medical Technologist.
Demonstrated knowledge of ICH and GCP
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Experience working with human blood and tissues, using BSL1 and BSL2 laboratory procedures.
An understanding of the drug development process and familiarity with clinical labs.
