Proclinical is seeking a Cell Therapy Lead Qualifier who will play a pivotal role in identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and determining their suitability for our products or services.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of our offerings. As a Lead Qualifier, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth lead-to-opportunity transition.

Skills & Requirements:

• MBA or related degree preferred.
• Completed college classes in Cell Therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to capture relevant information and assess lead quality.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about science and technology.
• Creative & innovative.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with a rapid pace.

The Cell Therapy Lead Qualifier responsibilities will be:

• Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and fit with our solutions.
• Apply predefined criteria (such as BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) to qualify leads.
• Engage with leads via phone, email, or chat to gather relevant information and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems.
• Assign scores to leads based on their likelihood to convert.
• Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Provide insights to marketing teams regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
