C++ Software Development Team Lead

Proclinical is actively seeking a C++ Software Development Team Leader for a leading technology and engineering firm that specialises in advanced solutions in consulting for various industries. The successful candidate will oversee their dynamic development team and drive innovative solutions across various industries, including medical technology, automotive, and energy systems.

As a Team Lead, this role will play a crucial role in guiding the team through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. The successful candidate will leverage your expertise in C++ to mentor developers, establish best practices, and foster collaboration within our interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in software development, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a leadership or leadership-related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Rust; knowledge of embedded systems, connectivity solutions, and IoT services.
• Education: Degree/diploma in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's Degree is a plus.
• Language: Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills in English.
• Personality Traits: A motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands the balance between risk and opportunity.
