Are you ready to shape the future of healthcare by leading bold, data-driven marketing strategies in a company where science meets purpose?
Proclinical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead operational activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful pharmaceutical brand management and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the evolving market, competitive landscape, and the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and payers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and maintain external focus.
- Build and sustain relationships with key thought leaders.
- Create and deliver brand strategies and operational plans aligned with global objectives.
- Support launch and post-launch activities, including brand tactic development, milestone tracking, and campaign evaluation.
- Leverage international resources and insights to create data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer experiences.
- Oversee the end-to-end process for priority solutions, including development, localisation, approval, and evaluation.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including medical, sales, regulatory, corporate affairs, finance, and market research.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ABPI code, and other relevant guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with certifiers and compliance teams to achieve goals responsibly.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with expertise in brand strategy and planning.
- Strong leadership skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure and dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in data analytics, planning, and organising.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with Veeva Promo Mats and compliance processes.
- Disease state knowledge within Cardiometabolic Health is advantageous.
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events (up to 20%).
