Biotechnology Manufacturing Associate - German Speaking

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated German Speaking, Biotechnology Manufacturing Associate to join a biotech company. This role focuses on the production of liquid pharmaceuticals, specifically in creating product solutions on a pilot scale.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working with modern, highly automated filling systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory and hygiene standards. This role involves a flexible shift system, primarily during weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Share responsibility for tasks related to the filling of liquid pharmaceuticals.
• Ensure product quality by controlling the process with laboratory equipment.
• Accurately execute manufacturing steps and maintain precise documentation.
• Assist in operating and monitoring our automated filling system for liquid pharmaceuticals.
• Support plant managers in mechanical and electronic adjustments of the filling system.
• Uphold compliance with regulatory and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to continuously improve and optimize processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Completed training as a chemistry/biology laboratory technician or comparable qualifications.
• Practical knowledge of industrial pharmaceutical production.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong team player with excellent written and spoken German skills.
• Adaptable and open to learning, with the ability to adjust to changing situations quickly.
• Demonstrated flexibility and eagerness to grow in a dynamic work environment
