In order to scale with the growth of the company, our Finance team is looking to hire a Billing & Credit Control Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining all billing and collections related activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bi-weekly billing to clients for W2 contractors.
- Daily billing of perm deals.
- Assisting Finance Manager during monthly close to ensure that all revenue and billable expenses are properly recorded.
- Driving credit control collections and develop and document processes (working with Group Credit Control.)
- Managing and reconciling self-billing invoices from client portals and ensure they tie back to billing master file.
- Developing and documenting billing processes and ensure each client has a documented SOP.
- Serving as point of contact for all billing and related queries
- Daily posting of client cash receipts.
- Ownership of sales ledger and ensuring all receipts are allocated correctly and sales ledger is clean.
Skills and Requirements:
- BS Accounting and Finance.
- 5+ years' experience.
- Prior experience in a time-based billing and invoicing environment. Staffing industry experience a plus.
- Desire to improve existing processes and help the team build new processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
