Proclinical is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee and manage employee benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries, including a research site in the UK. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and administering benefits strategies that align with global objectives while ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, payroll, finance, brokers, and vendors, to deliver competitive and cost-effective benefits programs that enhance the employee experience.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and invoicing.
- Act as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain benefit documentation and update the company's benefits intranet portal.
- Partner with brokers and vendors to manage annual renewals, monitor market trends, and benchmark offerings.
- Evaluate plan performance and recommend enhancements or cost optimizations.
- Lead the implementation of benefits programs in new and existing markets, ensuring compliance and smooth rollouts.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate deductions and reporting.
- Manage leave, absence, and time-tracking processes within Workday, providing support to employees and payroll teams.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal governance standards, supporting audits and reviews as needed.
- Organize and deliver country-specific benefits sessions and train HR team members on policies and processes.
- Lead benefits-related projects and collaborate with global HR teams to align strategies and share best practices.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR and benefits operations, particularly across multiple EMEA countries.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA benefits practices, renewals, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional EU language skills are a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
