Proclinical is seeking a BD Director to join a growing organization in the clinical research space.

Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on building and maintaining relationships with biotech clients, particularly within the oncology and renal therapy areas, as well as early-phase studies.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the CRO industry.
- Strong understanding of biotech client needs and the clinical research landscape.
- Expertise in oncology, renal, and early-phase studies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Familiarity with commission-based compensation structures is a plus.
The BD Director's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with biotech clients, focusing on oncology, renal, and early-phase studies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the clinical research space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Track and report on sales performance, including billing and revenue achievements.
